Managing agents and brokers get a chance to meet with potential hires to your organisation. The interactions you will have with students may lead to internships, graduate programmes and even recruitment into lateral hire roles.
Host a Career Conference Stall
Managing agents and brokers can set up stalls, showcasing their work and career opportunities. It’s a great chance for students to explore job opportunities, learn about different roles, from underwriting and claims management to risk analysis and technology. An opportunity to understand more about the culture of your firm to make sure it might be a potential fit for them.
Stand Requirements
We recommend having at least two people at each stall or Underwriting box, ideally including an HR career lead. However, this isn’t mandatory as long as you have someone knowledgeable about your company and career opportunities.
Speakers Corner
We will have a dedicated speakers corner where topics such as Insurtech, climate risk, and diversity in the workplace will be discussed. This is an excellent opportunity for students to engage in discussions and gain fresh perspectives.
Diverse Talent Pool
Students from a wide range of backgrounds will be invited through Lloyd’s charity partners, including social mobility charities. This ensures a rich and diverse talent pool for you to engage with.
Career Stamp Card
All attendees will have the chance to complete a careers stamp card by visiting your stand, with the opportunity to win a prize.
