Dive In 2023 saw record international participation with attendees from 84 countries. Continuing with the hybrid format the festival had over 135 events in 37 countries across six continents led by more than 500 speakers. For the first time in its nine-year history, Dive In Festival events were Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certified. This led to a significant increase in attendance, with over 64% of the participants being first-time attendees.
The festival continued its mission in promoting an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives essential for driving innovation in the insurance industry under the theme “Unlocking Innovation: The Power of Inclusion”.
Key events across the globe featured notable discussions. In the UK a panel on the impact of TV, film, and media on diversity. In Brazil, a panel on men's role in promoting gender equality. In Taiwan, a panel addressed workplace sexual harassment, while global events explored new topics for Dive In, including artificial intelligence, inclusion, and domestic abuse.
