A: Dive In is the international festival for culture and talent. It is helping the insurance industry get fit for the future, highlighting the business case for inclusive workplaces, and providing practical ideas and inspiration for how to bring about positive change.
This registration will take place 16-18 September 2025, with the theme “Belonging Builds Tomorrow”. The theme focuses on how prioritising belonging - however it resonates with you - through inclusive workplaces can attract, engage, and retain the wide ranging talent needed to drive innovation, business growth and resilience in the insurance industry.
It will cover a range of topics including mental health, social responsibility, multi-generational workplaces, gender, LGBT+, multiculturalism, race & ethnicity, and disability. The themes are spread out across the three days so that each day there is something for everyone.

A: Dive In is an initiative of Inclusion@Lloyd’s, a strategic collaboration between the Corporation of Lloyd’s, IUA, LIIBA, and the Lloyd’s Market Association, whose aim is to pool resources, widen perspectives and share best practice in talent and culture to effect change faster.

A: Registration will open in July 2025.
A: You will be able to register by clicking the registration link on the Dive In homepage. Festival event listings will be on the registration platform which also includes Global festival partner information, further festival content and more.
A: The Google Chrome browser is recommended, to enable local language translations across all text-based areas of the site.
A. Once registered on the festival registration platform, you will be able to sign up and attend events. These will either run directly off the registration platform or a link will be provided for a Microsoft Teams, Webex or Zoom event.
A: Most events will be available to watch on-demand for 4 weeks after the festival has taken place. You can also access events from previous years on the Dive In YouTube Channel.
