Here are some answers to your most frequently asked questions

A: Dive In is the international festival for diversity and inclusion in insurance, taking place this year from the 26 – 28 September 2023.

Dive In is helping insurance get fit for the future, highlighting the business case for diverse and inclusive workplaces, and providing practical ideas and inspiration for how to bring about positive change.

Following the global success of last year’s virtual festival, festival goers will once again have access to digital events from around the world. Dive In will continue to be a hybrid festival with some events taking place in person, some virtually, and some hybrid.

This year themes will cover a range of topics including mental health, social responsibility, multi-generational workplaces, gender, LGBT+, multiculturalism, race & ethnicity, and disability. The themes are spread out across the three days so that each day there is something for everyone. 

A: The festival has continued to garner support with the highest number of insurance sector sponsors since its inception in 2015. A: The festival is free and open to everyone who works in the insurance industry and anyone outside of the industry who is interested in learning more about D&I within businesses.

A: Dive In is an initiative of Inclusion@Lloyd’s, a strategic collaboration between the Corporation of Lloyd’s, IUA, LIIBA, and the Lloyd’s Market Association, whose aim is to pool resources, widen perspectives and share best practice in diversity and inclusion to effect change faster.

A: The Dive In festival aims to create impact for diversity & inclusion within the insurance industry by providing people with understanding, knowledge and tools to implement positive change.
This year we are calling for collective action to create inclusive cultures that will move the corporate industry forward and drive innovation that will solve some of the world’s biggest challenges.

A: You will be able to register by clicking the registration link on the Dive In homepage. Festival event listings will be on the registration platform which also includes Global festival partner information, further festival content and more.

A: The Google Chrome browser is recommended, to enable local language translations across all text-based areas ​of the site.

A: Once registered on the festival registration platform, you will be able to sign up and attend events. For 2023, events will either run directly off the registration platform or a link will be provided for a Microsoft Teams, Webex or Zoom event.

A: Most events will be available to watch on-demand for 4 weeks after the festival has taken place. You can also access events from previous years on the Dive In YouTube Channel.

10th Anniversary of the Dive In Festival will take place on 24-26th September 2024.
