"DLA Piper has addressed the need for streamlined electronic data workflow management by establishing the Electronic Data Management (EDM) function. The initiative ensures consistent, high-quality support for fee earners and clients, fundamentally transforming their approach to electronic data management and enhancing client outcomes.  The team brings their varying careers and life experiences to the challenge, consisting of different backgrounds, nationalities. We are particularly proud to represent the growing number of women in technology in this team. This diverse composition allows us to effectively service clients with different norms and requirements."

"The Claims team at Sompo International recognised the importance of promoting inclusive diversity within law firms and initiated a project to enhance transparency. The goal was to identify firms actively tracking and measuring their consideration of underrepresented groups for leadership roles in line with the Mansfield Rule Certification. The project team itself is diverse, consisting of individuals with various educational backgrounds and genders.

Through this initiative, Sompo International works to ensure that the law firms we do business with share our commitment to practicing inclusive diversity in their own hiring, promotional and leadership practices."
